Prior to joining Javelin, Tasnia held operating roles at Toast and Warner Bros., and worked in growth investing and M&A advisory. Her experience spans product, media, and technology, giving her a multidisciplinary perspective on building and scaling organizations.

Tasnia holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Bates College, where she graduated with distinction.
